Many of us feel we know we’re a soul but how can we move into the deep experience of breathing, being and blooming from that space. This three week series will be a deep dive into the soul space and will include meditative exercises, reflective activities and tools for transformation.Tara Patel will conclude the series.

Helen Hall has been studying, practicing, and teaching Raja Yoga Meditation for over 12 years. As a financial analyst, she finds practical spirituality to be the key to successful relationships both personally and professionally. As producer of the Release Your Wings online TV show, she hopes to make meditation and life improvement techniques accessible to everyone by a click of the mouse.
